Your Responsibilities

• Transcription of audio and video content into written text
• Accurate representation of spoken content, including structure and clarity
• Timestamping where required
• Adherence to client-specific formatting guidelines
• Basic audio quality handling and clarification marking

Requirements

• Native or native-level proficiency in English, German, French, or Spanish
• Excellent listening comprehension skills
• Strong typing accuracy and speed
• Experience in transcription work preferred

Technical Skills

Familiarity with transcription tools is an advantage:

• Express Scribe
• oTranscribe
• Other transcription software

Human Work Policy

All transcription work is performed manually. Automated speech-to-text systems are not part of our standard workflow unless explicitly authorized for a specific project.
